Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line store, and click on the "Add to Basket" icon next to any items that you wish to buy and this will put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If paying by Cheque or Postal Order simply print off the order and send it to us along with your payment.
Payment Terms
All payments must be in pounds sterling or euros.
You can pay by Cheque, Postal Order or Credit/Debit card via World Pay secure on-line card processing.
We accept Delta, Visa, JCB, Maestro, Master Card, Solo and Visa Electron.
We will not process orders where the address used within the WorldPay payment system does not match the address registered to the credit/debit card.
Cheques
Please make cheques payable to "MysteryLodge"
When paying by cheque we will reserve your purchase items for 1 week, if we have not received payment by then the items will be returned to stock and your order cancelled. We will notify you of our decision to do this.
Please allow up to 11 days for cheques to clear, we will not send the item(s) to you before the cheque has cleared.
Shipping And Handling
Orders received before 13:00 hrs Mon - Fri will be shipped that day providing payment has already cleared and providing the item(s) are in stock. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped the next working day. (Bank holidays excepted). On the rare occasion that we cannot deliver within this time frame, we will notify you by e-mail, and give you the option of cancelling the order if you prefer not to wait. Goods are subject to availability.
We will send lighter items via Royal Mail & heavier items via a courier service.
UK customers please note :- The Royal Mail 1st class Recorded delivery service has a 1-3 day delivery schedule, it is not a guaranteed next day service. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery please select either Special Delivery or Express courier.
Saturday Delivery:
Items weighing over 2kg are usually sent via a courier service, there is an additional charge for a Saturday delivery. Please phone us if you require a guaranteed Saturday delivery.
International orders are welcome.

The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site to WorldPay are encapsulated using WorldPay's encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.

To guarantee your satisfaction, all our products come with a 14 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a full refund (minus postage and packing costs).
When goods are returned using our 14 day no quibble guarantee we will refund the full purchase price of the goods, but not the postage and packaging.
Faulty Goods
If the goods your ordered are faulty or arrive in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 7 days and we will offer you a choice of a full refund including postage and packing or a replacement item. If however, the goods returned are found not to be faulty we will return the item(s) to you and an administration fee of 10% will be charged to you to cover delivery charges. When using the 14 day no quibble guarantee and returning goods to us, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit for goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter AT THE TIME OF POSTING.

If you have a complaint, please contact us by one of the methods on the "Contact Us" page of this website. Upon receipt of your complaint, we will investigate to see what went wrong so that we can resolve it to your satisfaction, and to avoid re-occurrance in the future..
